Rainbow Academy is a 12-month capacity-building project focused on developing the capacity of young LGBTQ+ individuals in Nigeria and West Africa, through data-driven research by scholars to identify gaps and injustices in social, gender and health issues affecting their communities. By centring and mattering these issues, the project enhances the skills of scholars to identify these issues, proffer sustainable solutions and work with key stakeholders to develop inclusive policies and practices that affirm collective actions and build resistance for an equitable society.
